Overview

This section covers the various game logistics and activities that may happen to you during a Lorien Trust event. If you have any queries, either approach a Referee or a Lorien Trust member of staff.

Identifying Lorien Trust staff
All Lorien Trust staff will carry a photo identification card, signed by Andy Kind and with the member of staff's name and department on it. If you have a complaint to make about any member of the Lorien Trust staff, ask to see their staff card and take their name and department (and, if they are wearing a ref tabard, the number stencilled in black on the tabard). Take this information to Games Control, who will be able to give you the name of the head of department responsible for the member of staff concerned and either pass your complaint on to them or arrange for you to speak to them in person. The Lorien Trust makes every effort to address all complaints made about members of staff. The more information you can provide about the member of staff concerned, the more likely we are to be able to deal with your complaint quickly and efficiently.

All attendees of Lorien Trust events are asked to make every effort not to obstruct out of character staff in the course of their duties, particularly if they are members of the first aid department responding to an emergency. If you are asked to move aside by a first aider, or asked to make way for the ambulance, please do so as fast as possible.
